Drama · 91min · AR
Reda, a man in his late twenties living in Algiers, appears to have everything arranged—a job secured by his father, a fiancée waiting, a comfortable home. Yet despite his efforts to meet expectations, he finds himself increasingly adrift, caught between obligation and an undefined sense of displacement.
Cindy says
Moussaoui crafts a quietly devastating portrait of a young man suffocating under family expectations and social convention. Lechea delivers a nuanced performance that captures Reda's growing desperation, while the film's intimate direction transforms domestic claustrophobia into genuine emotional weight. A delicate, observant character study that lingers.
