Following the Trojan War, King Odysseus of Ithaca begins his arduous voyage home, facing divine intervention, mythological creatures, and tests of wit and resolve. His journey becomes a struggle against both external forces and his own nature.

Cindy says

Nolan tackles Homer with his signature maximalist approach—sweeping, ambitious, occasionally bloated. Damon anchors it well, and the cast elevates some genuinely inventive set pieces, but 172 minutes of mythological spectacle tests patience. Still, it's a swing worth catching.
